TIW Member of The Year

Awarded to the TIW member who made the biggest positive contribution to the network. This could be someone who is always willing to help, regularly shares useful advice and insights, or whose presence you value within the TIW community.

Investor of The Year

Awarded to a member who has been investing for 3+ years and has demonstrated continued success and progress in their property journey.

Finance Raiser of The Year

Awarded to a member who has excelled in raising finance for property deals. This could be someone who has secured a significant level of funding, built strong investor relationships and demonstrated a consistent ability to attract finance for their projects.

Commercial Deal of The Year

Awarded to a member who has completed an outstanding commercial property deal this year. This could be a deal that delivered excellent returns, involved a creative strategy, overcame significant challenges or achieved an exceptional overall result.

Business Owner of The Year

Awarded to a member who has achieved outstanding progress or success as a business owner. This could be someone who has grown their business, overcome significant challenges, demonstrated strong leadership or made a positive impact within their industry.

New Investor of The Year

Awarded to a member who has been investing for less than three years and has made impressive progress in their property journey. This could be someone who has taken consistent action, overcome challenges and achieved strong results while continuing to learn and grow.

Deal Trader of The Year

Awarded to a member who has excelled in sourcing and trading property deals. This could be someone who has consistently sourced a high number of opportunities, demonstrated a strong eye for quality deals and delivered excellent value to investors.

Alternative Investor of The Year

Awarded to a member who has achieved outstanding results through an alternative investment strategy.

Deal of The Year

Awarded to the member behind the best property deal of the year. This could be a buy-to-let, BRRR, flip, HMO or development that delivered excellent returns, added real value or was put together in a creative way.

Social Media of The Year

Awarded to a member who has made an impact through social media. This could be someone who consistently creates valuable and engaging content, shares useful insights and has built a strong and positive online presence.
